Any editing needs to be done within<\/span><b> 2 hours of placing your order<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. After that time, the order will be in the print, so it will be too late to edit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All our products are personalized and made to order, which limits our return options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so if:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your product arrives severely damaged, or<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have received a different product or the print received significantly differs from what is advertised on our website, or<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your order was sent to the wrong address due to our error<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simply send us a short email with a photo to hello@positiveprints.com. We will either refund you or send a replacement within 7 business days. You don\u2019t need to ship back your order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0If the products were purchased with a Gift Card, the money would be refunded by a Gift Card.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the order was sent to the wrong address due to your mistake, we will have to create a new one for you and ship it out. For that, we charge 50% of the item cost. Alternatively, you can wait for the order to be returned to us, and if the package was not damaged in transit, we would be happy to reship it to a new address &#8211; you simply need to cover the shipping cost (these are calculated on an individual basis).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>We will hold the returned packages for up to 30 days.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>We accept exchange or refund requests up to 30 days after the purchase.
